Job Title: Application Consultant & Support(Cairo, Egypt)

 

Working Condition: Full Time    

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Days Off: 2 Days

Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years

Expected Gross salary: Commensurate with experience

Language Skills: Very Good English Skills

 

Specific field preferred: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science with Business Financial experience OR Commerce Bachelor with strong development experience.

 

Computer Skills:  

  • Min 1 year experience in oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Min 2 years experience in implementing and supporting fully integrated financial system.
  • Good knowledge in basic accounting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in Delphi is a plus

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting, and troubleshooting software programs and applications.

  • Taking ownership of solving customer technical issues .
  • Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our products.
  • Communicating customer needs and wishes to the development team
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints.
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
  • Participation in providing training to customers as required
